Staying on track with your Myofunctional exercises will be a breeze with the Myo Mouth Fitness app reminder. This app stores your exercises and reminds you to do them so that you can reach your goals.

How to track exercise :

Step 1) Login to "Myofitness App"

Step 2) To create a checklist, press "Checklist" button

Step 3) To create checklist for first week select "Week 1"

Step 4) Press "Add Exercise", now you will get 10 exercise slots ie Exercise 1, Exercise 2, Exercise 3 , .... , Exercise 9, Exercise 10

Step 5) Select any exercise slot, now you will get list of exercise with their respective repetition

Step 6) select any exercise, now the Exercise slot you selected before gets replaced by the exercise you selected. In this way you can replace the 10 exercise slots with exercise in the list.

Step 7) Press "Back" and then press "Add Set". Here you can create exercise sets, like exercise for Morning, Afternoon, Evening etc

Step 8) To create a set press "+" sign, type a name for the set say "Morning" and press "Save" button.

Step 9) Now go back to the Day list and select "Day 1" you will see the set you created.

Step 10) select a set, now you will see the exercises with there receptions you selected earlier.

Step 11) Select the exercise and you will get the repetition checklist for that exercise.
After completing a repetition you can mark it done by selecting it.
